Thank you & a giveaway

Thank you all so much for your kind, generous comments about my BSBP pieces. I'm (very) slowly making my way through the 3rd Reveal - and the 2nd and the 1st - and leaving my own comments on your blogs. It may take me all year but I'll get there in the end. Till then, please know I appreciate every comment that I receive.

I was tickled by the fact that so many of you liked Caliban's Treasure - my 'unpretty' fishnet earrings. You guys are too funny! Thank you and BSBP update

Like most people who blog, I love getting comments - they make my day! - and the ones I got for my previous post were very much appreciated. Thank you so much for leaving a comment - for your kind, congratulatory wishes and for sharing with me some of your own experiences. I was encouraged by what you wrote, and I hope the sales keep on coming - for all of us!


On another note, how are you getting on with your bead soup? Those of you participating, that is. I just finished 2 pieces and am trying to get at least one more item done before the Reveal Day. I'm not entirely pleased with the completed pieces but I don't think I'll have time to re-work them. One of them has decidedly wonky wirework, but I'm hoping some creative photography will hide that fact LOL. And since I'm a big tease, I'm just going to say that the bad wirework involved the ceramic bead below.

Remember it? I'll leave you to imagine the horrific wirework (and other torture) - if you can even call it that - I subjected that innocent bead to. Check back on Mar 3 to see if your imaginings were right.

If you know me, you'll know that I can be a little slow on the uptake at times. Which explains why it's only just dawned on me that this little blog of mine has actually been read by someone other than lil' 'ol me. At least, that's what the Feedjit Live Traffic Feed says. To those of you who have dropped by, I can't thank you enough for visiting my little corner of the Web - even if it was for just a second or two. And to Mellisa - thank you for going beyond reading and leaving a comment. I'm so used to being the only one who visits my blog (haha) that I only just realised (ie. today) that someone left a comment on one of my posts. So to my lovely readers - yes, all three of you - I'd just like to wish you Season's Greetings and may the new year bring you much joy, good health and beautiful beads!
